I have to say i'm also disappointed with the watermarks. I think you guys have a great service but man oh MAN do I wish your branding was less intrusive. Seriously, these watermarks take a simple design and make it hard to view.
This is the different between making a free user, a potential paying customer, feel "trapped" into paying, vs. "wanting" to upgrade for more features after they're really happy with the product.
