Auto-Save
Hi,
I've been using Ninjamock for a few days now, and my opinion went from "It's surely the best free online wireframing tool" to "I should DDoS this shit."
I have spent hours working on wireframes, and at the end of every day, it is the same; I can't save my project. ("Error! Could not save changes to the server...")First, let me give you a fundamental advice:
A non-functional feature is WAY worse than nothing.Next, if you're not competent enough to make a working / reliable automatic save system, don't do it. Why don't you just bring back…

Save settings correctly
Every time I save I have to come back in and readjust everything. no font stays the same, no alignment stays the same. really contemplating finding something else

Create an offline version of this
an offline version of this will make the app more efficient and super capable.
1 voteAt this point, we are offering the posiibility to work offline to users who have subscribed to our Pro and ProPlus plans. As for the desktop version of the application, that is something that might come in the future.

Issue with the export tool
The export tool always generates the PDF with the screen on the wrong sequence.

Screens jumble or delete
Hi....often after I save my work, then I send the ninjamock link to someone, the screens are in the wrong order or..even worse, some delete entirely.

Having trouble exporting
Dear Ninjamock,
Thank you for your free wireframing platform. It definitely helps UX designers like me to deliver concepts quickly. However, one hindrance is that I am always frustrated in trying to export my work into PDF or PNG.
It takes a thousand clicks before the site is prompted to export my work. What seems to be the problem? My internet is very reliable, though.

1 voteWhen exporting larger projects it might take a while until the status bar appears. This can mislead the users to think that the export is not working, when actually it is.
When exporting, please allow some time for the status bar to be displayed.
Improving the display of status while exporting is added to our improvements backlog.

Hi Ninjamock,
Just tried your tool. I think it's quite cool.
Just few bugs (or anyway I didn't find out how to achieve) which I'd like to tell you to make it perfect:- I cannot delete my assets
- I cannot change shape color
- PDF export with no comments does not start
- Running the mock I can see an active tool I didn't placed or anyway I cannot see it in design mode.

After working hours on a project, it's gone!
I worked hours on a project and when I clicked save I was asked to register, therefore I happily registered, then it brought me to the "My Projects" page and the projects list was empty, I tried going back to the project I wanted to save, but in vain... Why do you make customers regret registering to your service? I am sure as hell I won't pay for it now.
I'm using Chrome, fix it please.

The project created before registration will stay available within the newly created account.

Links Error
My links doesnt work when I open the project with my Android mobile phone.

1 voteThe preview that is loaded on mobile phones has a cut-down subset of functionalities, compared to desktop browsers. One of the these functionalities are the links.
The reasons why the full-blown preview is not loaded on the phones are mainly connected to the performance, it would further slow down loading on mobile phones and it could stop the application from working on some phones if we overstep what they can handle.

Double click to select text then delete remove entire element
Hi! When I click double click to select the text inside the button or any other element. Then I press delete, system deletes text entering area
1 voteWhen all text is deleted from an element, you can add the text again by entering it in the field “Text” in Properties on the right hand side of the screen.

export / preview / share
No matter what option I choose I get a file with ninjamock logo printed everywhere in the background. How am I supposed to share the project with people if the logo is printed everywhere in the background and they can't see the work properly? This is forcing me to use a different tool....
