  1. error

    My pages are gone due an error. I have worked hours designing the frames and now its gone. The system is still reconnecting and not saving. Why? I thought Ninja Mockup would be a well developed software?!?!

  4. Don't trash new users projects

    So..... Was working on a project, then went to save and your site asked me to sign up. I did. It trashed my project.

    For a UI wireframe site, I would say this is a problem brahs.

    Any way to recover what I was working on?

  5. Allow user to add images

    Allow user to add images from desktop or web with an option to resize and crop. This will help at lot of places instead of redrawing the whole thing again.

  9. Problem saving project

    Hi, can you please solve problem with saving projects? I cannot save the project because of an internal server error, what should I do? Can you please help me save the project? This issue lasts for 5-6 days now...

  10. Improve Support Please!

    2 times I tried to reach the support by email, but there were no answers. I love your app, however there are enough bugs. And I guess this is the only way to tell you about it. The 1-st thing that upset me is that projects don't save properly. I hit the save button, then leave the page....and I can lose my work upon return. Another important issue is that export to PDF or to PNG DO NOT WORK AT ALL :(

  11. Share project with different URLs and access levels

    I believe it would be useful if one can share a project with different URLs having different access levels. For example, for collaboration, I would check all the options (in progress, design complete, approved); for a client approval, I would not check "in progress", etc.

    I am new to your product, so please let me know if this is already possible.

  13. Mobile Feedback?

    Not an idea, but an issue. Before I go on to another tool I want to make sure Im not doing something wrong. I created a wireframe assuming ios phone. When I share it with a link and open on a phone the image is large and dies not respond to the size. Not even close. What am I doing wrong? Or can you not gather feedback on mobile with the image sized to fit the mobile device?

    I literally just spent hours and thought I had been saving my work all along, only to go out of my project and go back in and have lost HOURS OF WORK. HOURS. Thanks Ninjamock.

    А то так стремно перед заказчиками когда обновляешь в реальном времени а там такая ерунда. Сразу оценка падает.
    И моя и вашего сервиса.
    И сейчас исправьте мне, а то не могу продолжить работу над проектом.

  17. After changing text size it is getting saved for a that session only. In next session it still shows previous text size.

    Also on extracting png for mock, text size is the old one

    По имейлу вроде разобрались. Проблема была в том, что не подгрузился css файл с позициями элементов. Тяжело сказать почему так случилось, так как файл лежит в хранилище нашего облака и напрямую оттуда отдается в браузер. В диагностике облака ничего подозрительного нет. Может, было что-то с сетью в тот момент…
