Editable Input fields in preview mode
Input fields (text, checkboxes, radiobuttons, ... ) should be rendered as real/editable fields during the simulation (preview).
This should be great for demos and it should not require a bit of extra effort for the user; simply the existing mockups should be rendered with true editable fields instead of plain static "boxes".1 voteThanks for the tip. We did not do this yet, because it is quite challenging to produce “real” editable elements which would match the sketchy style of our designs (with all these wavy lnes, etc).
We are now working on exporting to HTML though. We are starting from exporting web projects into the Twitter Bootstrap theme. Do you think this would solve your need to demonstrate more realistically looking designs?

Add a balloon (pop-up) stencil.
That's pretty common item on mockups and it's strange see it missing.

Support for multiple ways forward when element is "clicked"
Depending on conditions / state of program, when elements of interface are pressed, the way forward could be different. Simple example is when you depend on network connectivity - so either you will request something from net or show "no network". Another simple example - kind of license agreement, so could you press the button or not - depends on the state of another element on page (either it is active / inactive, or visible / invisible) - so kind of properties of objects depending on state.
P.S.: multiple ways forward are implemented in Axure pretty nice.

The double-arrows forward icon is lower than the double-arrows backward icon.

A lot of check-boxes can have 3rd state - (checked with the gray bg)

Ability to add arrows between elements
My design requires arrows between squares (showing a certain graph). There are no arrows, only lines.
I would like to drag and drop arrows from the left pane, and connect different objects with arrows.

Provide platform-specific animations
My idea is to provide all default platform-specific animations into designer(possibly to select one of them) to the pages. For example, I am creating an iOS application and in preview mode I want to see how my mockup becomes a bit alive to let me know what expressions will arise in the people's heads without coding.
